Maaike is the first-born puppy from Casper’s second litter, out of Jinger (Mendikan Jinger Doora) in California. She is known fondly as the “demon” as she inherited Casper’s “do everything 110%” attitude. She’s fast, smart, prey-driven and a world-class cuddler. While her markings are atypical for the breed, they are not incorrect or a DQ.
She trains primarily in Flyball and bloodtracking. She debuted in Flyball at 19 months and sets 9″ in NAFA and 7″ in U-FLI with a best pack time of 4.4 seconds and singles time 4.5 seconds, and runs 4.9 over her own height. Maaike is a solid competitor on any team and rarely makes mistakes and is unphased by new venues and new teammates. She is a working bloodtracking dog listed with United Blood Trackers for deer recovery in the state of Tennessee. She finished her BCAT in 4 runs averaging 26mph.
Maaike was a great mother to her first litter born June 2025 from a frozen semen breeding with Swedish male Theo. She had seven perfect puppies with no complications and we happily follow their new lives with their wonderful new owners!
